Qualification :- 

Diploma in
Mechanical 

 

Experience :- 

3 to 5 years
experience in injection molding production with 150T to 350T machines.

 

Job Description :-

·        
1. Independently setup
molds and machines for mold trials and production.

·        
2. Optimize parameters
for maximum productivity.

·        
3. Perform R.M.
planning, component production plan, stock maintenance, dispatch.

·        
4. Plan and perform
preventive maintenance of molding machines with maintenance department.

·        
5. Plan and perform
preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds.

·        
6. Perform and monitor
component quality checks and dimensions.

·        
7. Interaction with
product users.

·        
8. Suggest
improvements in components and molds.

·
