Salary and Facility For Production

For Diploma -  Rs.13500/- P.M. in Hand, duty-8h

Overtime- Rs/-129 per 1h  

Punctuality Award - As per Company Policy. Upto Zero Leaves- 1200/-

Shift award - 30 Rs. Daily 

  Facility - 

Canteen - Lunch or Dinner in duty hours + 2 Tea - Both Costs will be borne by the company, with  deduction from the Apprentices. Insurance Cover - Provided by the Company, the Extended Benefit of ESIC - Both parts will be borne by the company, with no Deduction from Apprentices.

Uniform -  available as per company policy like Canteen, Dress, Safety Shoes,

Incentive - As per Company Policy.

Roles
& Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspection of material from
R.I.

4M, 5S, 7QC, PDI,

Layout inspection of all parts as per plan.

RED BIN Analysis on daily basis.

Product Audit.

UTM (Brazing Strength of Child Parts)

Regular in-process inspection doing FPO and
prepare process inspection report, check sheet etc.

Prepare and update process document PIR,
WI, Machine check sheet, Quality alert etc.

Responsible for the Monitoring of the daily
defect data sheet.

Reduces the shop floor rejection and PPM by
applying 7 QC tool. Instruments Better handling knowledge: Profile Projector,
Snap Gauges, Roughness Tester, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Bevel
protector, Plating tester.

 KNOWLEDGE OF VARIOUS TECHNIQUES: -

5’S,

7QC TOOLS.

 KAIZEN,

POKE -YOKE
