Job Description:-

ग्राहक संतुष्टि, बाज़ार अनुसंधान, राय, राजनीति और/या स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सहित विभिन्न विषयों पर ग्राहकों के लिए सर्वेक्षण तैयार करता है।

सर्वेक्षण की आवश्यकताओं और उद्देश्यों को निर्धारित करने के लिए ग्राहकों से मिलना।

सबसे प्रभावी सर्वेक्षण पद्धति की पहचान करने के लिए अन्य शोधकर्ताओं के साथ समन्वय करता है; विधियों में साक्षात्कार, प्रश्नावली, फोकस समूह, बाजार अनुसंधान सर्वेक्षण और जनमत सर्वेक्षण शामिल हो सकते हैं।

सर्वेक्षण प्रश्नों की योजना बनाना, लिखना और प्रूफ़रीड करना; पूरा होने के लिए आवश्यक समय निर्धारित करने के लिए सर्वेक्षण का परीक्षण करता है।

सर्वेक्षण के निष्पादन और क्षेत्ररक्षण की सुविधा प्रदान करता है, चाहे वह फोन, मेल, ऑनलाइन या अन्य डिलीवरी द्वारा हो।

डेटा और सर्वेक्षण परिणाम एकत्र करता है।
