(now Sumitomo Wiring Systems) in 1983 led to the incorporation of Motherson Sumi Systems in 1986, primarily as a wiring harness manufacturer for Maruti Udyog. Motherson Sumi Systems started as a joint venture between Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd of India and Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd. (SWS) of Japan. उक्त व्यवसायों के प्रशिक्षार्थी जिनकी आयु 18 से 26 वर्ष हो वह अपना बायोडाटा एवं समस्त प्रमाण पत्रों की मूल प्रति, आधार कार्ड, तीन पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो आदि सहित राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान बदायूँ में प्रातः 9:00 बजे उपस्थित हों। इस संबंध में कोई मार्ग व्यय आदि देय नहीं होगा।

सभी चयनित अभ्यार्थियों को रहने व खाने (सुबह एवं शाम का खाना एवं नाश्ता) की सुविधा निशुल्क रहेगी ।

ट्रेनिंग प्रोगाम के अन्तर्गत कोई भी मानदेय देय नही होगा ।

ट्रेनिंग प्रोगाम पूर्ण होने के बाद सभी अभ्यार्थियों को कम्पनी में साक्षात्कार के आधार पर सेवायोजित किया जायेगा |

ट्रेनिंग प्रोगाम के बाद राज्य के न्यूनतम वेतनमान (11000-17000 per month) के अनुसार वेतन देय होगा |
