Sourcing Sr. Manager
responsibilities:





Retail Product Planning.



Garment Sourcing.



Costing negotiation.



Define the product strategy and roadmap.



Follow up with suppliers for all
production activities, implementing risk assessment and testing protocol to
meet the delivery.



Development of products & open buy
meetings with the sales team to achieve financial targets. Actively working in
business planning & development, buying and merchandising, and vendor
relations with an aim to drive incremental business growth.



Controlling in-process quality,
implementing the brand’s work manual & follow the quality standard,
organizing PP meetings, inspections, reporting & record keeping.



Conduct in-line audits, and final
inspections and confirm the quality of the end product for final shipment.



Act as a leader within the company.



Propose an overall budget to ensure
success.



Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability
goals.



Monitored all production processes to
ensure that all inventory movement and control procedures are followed.



Monitoring production status, identifying
delays, and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.



Oversee production planning and management
activities.



Developing production plan and timelines.



Determining production requirements based
on buying plan.



Planning workflow and schedules for
production departments.



Evaluating current production processes
and recommending improvements.



Established and maintained key metrics to
assess performance and provide a focus for continuous quality improvement.



Responsible for ERP data integrity within
the purchasing, capacity planning, and scheduling modules. Led the monthly
cycle counting program, month-end close and year-end inventory.



Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.



Excellent teamwork skills.



 



 



Experience
required- 5 to 10 year.



Salary
  Pkg- 7 to 10 lac per annum.   CTC.

Manage daily operations for E-Commerce including preparing and
updating Product Catalogue



(product data/ specifications and images) on company’s websites
and marketplaces.

Managing product inventory on company’s websites and online
marketplaces

Coordinating with new or existing partners for registrations and
product listings.



·        
Managing brand and product content on company’s websites and
marketplaces.



·        
As in charge of Content Management System (CMS), ensure that the
website and user interface works seamlessly from the shopper’s perspective.

Ecommerce Order Management

Correspond with the inventory team to ensure that front end

Roles Responsibilities:




  • Planning,
    execution optimisation of our Digital marketing efforts.

  • Be actively
    involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)




  • Article submission, blog posting, press release
    submission, directory submission, social media marketing, classified
    submission, image optimization, video submission, business directory
    submission etc.

  • -Keyword research, website structure interlinking
    architecture optimisation.

  • -Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps,
    Google analytics, webmaster tools, Google search console, keyword tools)
    for purposes of diagnostic reporting on projects.

  • -Recommend changes to website architecture,
    linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.




  • Grows and
    expands company social media presence into new social media platforms,
    plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn,
    Twitter, and Instagram.

  • Launch
    optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook Ads etc. to
    increase company and brand awareness.

  • Manage
    campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs and achieve maximum ROI from
    spending.

  • Provide creative
    ideas for content marketing and update website.

  • Measure the
    performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics
    tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

  • Copywriting
    skills to ensure a quick turnaround with web changes, social media
    requests, and campaigns when required.

  • Acquire
    insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date




  • Promotion of Client products and services through
    digital channels.




  • Define target
    keyword lists, optimize existing content and collaborate with content and
    web developers to implement ongoing initiatives.

  • Perform
    technical SEO Audits of client websites.




  • Required Candidate profile

  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably
    in a technology organization or agency.




  • Expertise in
    SEO, including keyword research, ranking factors, backlinks, etc.

  • Experience
    with Social Media, Sponsored content, Retargeting, Display campaigns

  • Experience
    with web analytics platforms (GA, Omniture, WebTrends, or Heap Analytics)

  • Significant
    experience in digital marketing campaign planning and management

  • Ability to
    manage multiple tasks with little to moderate direction

  • Track record
    of delivering quality work on time

  • Should have
    experience in Digital Marketing Agency
