Proof reading own work before publishing the content

 Planning & Execution of Daily Inflow, tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues

 Productivity - Adherence to Timelines/ SLAs for Achieving Targets

 Good communication skills and coordination across functions required

Escalating Issues and Follow Up for Closure

Basic knowledge of MS Excel
