Position

1. Planning/PMG (0323PLNE)

• Must have experience in preparing project plan, work breakdown structure & Project schedules. Knowledge / Monitoring of detail schedules in Primavera and monitoring. To prepare monitoring progress management system procedure and support project control team. Preparing of quantity booklet and quantity variance analysis .

2. Site Execution (0323SICO)

• Should possess exposure in planning, coordinating and controlling the construction activities on site. Review status & proposal deliverables at regular intervals to ensure adherence to timelines. Supervise the activities and performance of the Subcontractors involved in the construction activities.

3. Piping Execution (0323PIPE)

• Must know piping fabrication / erection of refineries and conversant with work permit system. Site planning of structural work Knowledge of ASME Sec VII Div. 1/ Div. 2, Piping Codes, Material grades, Welding consumables, NDT TEMA and other Design Codes & Standards .

4. Piping Design (0323PDES)

• Shall function as Piping 3D Model / Designer for assigned projects. Proficient in use of International / National codes and standard. Responsible for Preparation and review of equipment layouts/Piping GAD/ isometrics / Nozzle orientation & piping load data drawings.

5. Structural/Static Execution (0323SSEE)

• Must know structural fabrication / erection of refineries / static equipments, site work planning and conversant with work permit system at site. Managing customers/contractors at site. Knowledge of design softwares ie., PVElite, CodeCalc CAESAR. Experience in design calculation of equipments.

6. Proposal & Estimation (0323ESTP)

• Should possess hands-on experience of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Cost estimation & technical Proposal preparation for heat transfer equipment / reactor pressure vessels. Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div.1, 2. Proficiency in design software like PV-Elite, AutoCAD or any 3D tools will be an added advantage.

7. Lead Environment, Health and Safety (0323HSE)

• Should have knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment standards for project execution. Implement policies, systems, procedures at site. Ensuring compliance to standards through all phases of the Projects. Liaise with clients, consultants, and site construction teams relating to HSE related issues.

Qualification

• For Job Codes: 0323PLNE [M.E./B.E. (Mech./Prod./Fab.) with 7 to 15 years]
• For Job Codes: 0323SICO, 0323PIPE, 0323PDES, 0323SSEE [M.E./B.E. (Mech./Prod./Fab.) with 4 to 8 years] or [Diploma (Mech./Prod./Fab.,) with 6 to 10 years]
• For Job Codes: 0323ESTP [B.E/B.Tech (Mech./Wel./Feb./Prod.) with 6 to 10 years]
• For Job Codes: 0323HSE [B.E/Diploma – Industrial Safety, PDIS/ADIS with 10 to 16 years]

Essentials

• Candidates should be throughout first class with no ATKTS
• Candidates should hold experience in Industries involved in manufacturing of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger etc.
• Candidates should be conversant with ASME codes • Applicants working with agency for L&T are not required to apply.
