Salary and Facility For Quality
For Diploma - Rs.13000/- P.M. in Hand, duty-8h
For Diploma - Rs.19500/- P.M. in Hand, duty-12h
Salary and Facility For Production
For Diploma - Rs.15000/- P.M. in Hand, duty-8h
For Diploma - Rs.22500/- P.M. in Hand, duty-12h
Overtime- 4 h per day, compulsory
Punctuality Award - As per Company Policy. Upto Zero Leaves- 1000/-
Facility -
Canteen - Lunch or Dinner in duty hours + 2 Tea - Both Costs will be borne by the company, with deduction from the Apprentices. Insurance Cover - Provided by the Company, the Extended Benefit of ESIC - Both parts will be borne by the company, with no Deduction from Apprentices.
Incentive - As per Company Policy.
