Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining safe and secure environment for Companies/factories/ Houses by patrolling and monitoring property and persons.
Job Duties:
1.Secures property and person by patrolling property-
monitoring surveillance cameras inspecting buildings and access points permitting entry.
2. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities-By informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Controls traffic by directing drivers.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
3. Maintaining organization’s stability and reputation by completing with legal requirements.
4. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
